It is with great pleasure that AMS announces the promotions of Melora Cybul to the position of Project Manager and Meg Friedman to the position of Senior Consultant.
Since joining the AMS team in 2015, Melora has worked on over 40 projects in facilities and business planning, operations assessment, program design, and industry research. She enables clients to define or re-think success for their communities by synthesizing stakeholder input, mapping cultural assets, analyzing historical trends, and modeling scenarios given programmatic aspirations or potential capital investment.
Meg Friedman joined AMS in 2016, and has worked on over 35 projects in strategic planning, facility and business planning, and program evaluation and planning. Meg helps clients explore and define success by conducting interviews, and analyzing historical data, and industry innovations to affirm existing and identify new ways of doing business.
