AMS congratulates the City of Sarasota and the Sarasota Performing Arts Center Foundation on reaching a partnership agreement to advance the implementation of Sarasota’s new performing arts center. Aspirations for the development of a new center began in 2006, and the project has gained significant traction and support since 2015, resulting in the 2018 approval of the Bayfront master plan, including the new venue. The partnership agreement defines the relationship between the City and the Foundation, setting forth the path for funding, design, construction and operation of the new Center. AMS is honored to have been involved in the planning stages of the process and we look forward to following the progress of this exciting development.
